Dots or Stripes Hanging Planter
A collaboration with Montreal ceramicist Wai-Yant Li, this hanging planter combines recycled leather, hand thrown porcelain and brass hardware for a marriage of simplicity and elegance.

~3.5 feet long from top of loop to bottom point on pot. Some leather has a wee bit more stretch than another so may stretch an extra inch.
Choose between a striped or dotted pot.

HOW DO I USE AND CARE FOR THIS ITEM?
Handle with dry, clean hands. Your plant hanger come with removable solid brass hardware, which allows you to remove the straps for easy potting-up and/or cleaning. Unscrew the brass bowls to remove your straps, pot up your plant, clean up, re-attach, and hang! We recommend a layer of rocks in the bottom of the pot, for drainage, or simply place your plant in a plastic pot with holes in the bottom, and then place inside the bowl. Planter (without straps) can be cleaned by hand or in a dishwasher. Dry before reattaching the straps.
HOW WAS THIS ITEM MADE?
Each planter has been hand thrown on a pottery wheel by Montreal ceramicist Wai-Yant Li of Li Creations, detailed by hand and glazed on the interior surface. The straps are hand cut from leather and attached to the planter with solid brass screw posts. Made by us in our studio, located on the traditional territory of the Anishinabewaki ᐊᓂᔑᓈᐯᐗᑭ and Omàmìwininìwag (Algonquin).
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
You will receive a plant hanger similar to the one pictured, with peachy hued leather straps. The plants and other objects shown in the images are for display purposes and are not included with the item.
