RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will see to it that appropriate measures are taken to put things right. 

For standard, ready to ship items:

You can return or exchange this item, unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of receiving it. You are responsible for any return and exchange postage costs as well as any loss in value if the item doesn’t arrive in its original condition.

For custom-made and made-to-order items:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or made-to-order items.

PRICING AND ITEM AVAILABILITY

We may change or correct an error in a price or item availability at any time and without notice. Any price listed on this site is subject to confirmation. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items you may buy.

REGISTRATION AND PASSWORDS

Creating a customer account during checkout gives you easy access to your order status, contact information, and order history. To register, you must select a user name and password. Please do not share your password with anyone else and that you keep your account information accurate and up to date.
